Here you can make a credit card payment online.

Payment for the accommodation is only for those who had already received a booking confirmation.

Other services can be paid without advance confirmation.

ATTENTION: 3% transaction fee is not automatically calculated and is charged upon arrival.

In case you make the bank transfer instead of credit card payment, transaction costs are paid by the sender as well. 

Booking conditions and cancellation policy.

Dorm beds for individual bookings of 1-3 persons can be reserved without prepayment. This only applies in case of enough availability.
If there is a shortage of available beds due to high season, holidays, etc we inform you that it is needed to make a prepayment for your accommodation to make your reservation definite.

Group bookings for more than 3 persons and private room bookings are only confirmed if they are fully paid at the moment of reservation.

Cancellations are accepted and the paid amounts are fully refunded 30 days or more prior the date of planned check in. For example, the booking starting on April 15th should be cancelled latest on March 15th to be fully refunded.

If the cancellation appears to be later due to any reason no refund is possible except the situation when your room is fully or partly sold to other clients. in that case the refund is done according to the number of nights other clients had paid for. No administration fee is charged.

We highly recommend to purchase the travel & cancellation insurance to be able to refund the costs of accommodation in our hostel if your trip is cancelled because of a third party responsibilties (airlines, train companies, etc). or forcedly extended. Normally the travel and accommodation costs are refunded after you provide the written confirmation of the amounts paid. We issue such confirmation for you upon request.
